this was way better than the actual skydiving/falling-through-the-sky experience–i didn’t so much dive as not actively resist falling forward from the plane while the man strapped to me decided he’d had enough of this sitting in a safe, … the only member in our group (we were with another couple) who could really fly. he has an amazing sense of his body–how it works, how to balance. he is very strong, agile, and though it doesn’t mean much in a wind tunnel, wicked fast. … …
