There are no indoor sky diving facilities within NYC.
The closest outdoor place is on Long island:

I don’t know of any indoor skydiving tunnels in NYC. If you are looking for one check out skyventure. They operate tunnels all over the world.
You should also check out to find dropzones for going for a real skydive!
