Hey im going to be going to a wind tunnel for bodyflying before going skydiving next year, and im wondering if i can get any tips on making sure mybody posture is good.
I know itd be hard to explain without experiencing it, but are there any tips from now (so i wont fly around too much) to how i can control my freefall in the air?
I did ballet/gymnastics so i dunno if this helps in terms of posture, but any other things that would help me to stay straight would be helpful. Im being extra and asking this because i get 2 minutes of flight time (in the tunnel) for £40+ pounds, so wanna maximise my ability so i can hopefull move around more controlled lol.
Thanks for any tips

adjusting your wingspan controls the fall, its like spread the arms and legs and you create drag, pull em in tight and youll freefall like a missile…………………
